Job description
We are looking for a qualified HSE Engineer with solid experience in preparing detailed HSE Plans and managing health, safety and environmental documentation for construction projects in Saudi Arabia.
The candidate must have hands-on experience in drafting project-specific HSE plans, responding to client comments, and closing HSE-related NCRs and punch list items.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed HSE Plans tailored to project requirements
Develop risk assessments, method statement reviews and safety procedures
Prepare HSE documentation in line with client and regulatory standards
Review and respond to client-issued NCRs related to HSE
Close punch list items related to safety compliance
Conduct site inspections and ensure implementation of HSE plan
Maintain proper documentation for audits and client submissions
Coordinate with project team to ensure full safety compliance
Prepare incident reports and corrective action plans when required
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Engineering or Safety related discipline
Minimum 5 years experience in similar HSE role in KSA
Total experience up to 8 years
Strong knowledge of construction HSE standards and regulations
Experience in drafting detailed HSE plans and documentation
Strong understanding of NCR management and compliance closure
NEBOSH or equivalent certification preferred
Good reporting and documentation skills
Location: Riyadh / Project Sites
