About the Role
We are looking for a motivated HR Assistant – Recruitment to support our HR and talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on recruitment experience, a good understanding of Bahrain Labour Law, and the ability to manage administrative and coordination tasks efficiently. This role is for immediate joiners who can contribute from day one.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
Draft and post job vacancies on Indeed and other relevant job portals.
Act as a point of contact for candidates and assist hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
Prepare offer letters, contracts, and recruitment-related documentation in compliance with Bahrain Labour Law.
Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Support HR and recruitment reporting by preparing regular metrics and summaries.
Assist with talent pipeline management and maintaining candidate databases.
Help organize recruitment events, job fairs, and employer branding initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Prior experience in recruitment or HR assistance (minimum 1–2 years preferred).
Knowledge of Bahrain Labour Law and work permit procedures.
Experience with Indeed or other online job portals.
Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
Immediate availability is required.
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with HRIS or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Strong attention to detail and discretion in handling confidential information.
