Description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in HR administration, strong knowledge of Bahrain Government Labor Law, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day HR administrative activities
Maintain and update employee records, files, and HR databases
Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with Bahrain Labor Law
Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee induction processes
Prepare HR letters, contracts, memos, and official documentation
Coordinate with government authorities (LMRA, GOSI, MOL, etc.)
Manage leave records, attendance, and employee documentation
Assist in payroll coordination and HR reporting
Address employee queries professionally and confidentially
Requirements:
Proven experience as an HR Administrator / HR Executive
Strong knowledge of Bahrain Government HR & Labor Laws
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Well-organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to handle confidential information professionally
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Immediate joiner preferred
Experience:
Minimum 2–4 years of relevant HR experience in Bahrain
