Description
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Engineer – Heavy Equipment to join our team.
The ideal candidate will combine strong technical understanding with excellent sales skills to support customers, develop new business, and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
– Identify and develop new sales opportunities within the heavy equipment sector.
– Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and key accounts.
– Understand client requirements and recommend suitable equipment and solutions.
– Prepare quotations, proposals, and cost–benefit analyses.
– Achieve agreed sales targets and expand market share.
– Coordinate with internal departments including service, parts, and marketing.
– Maintain accurate records of leads, visits, and sales activities.
Requirements:
– Proven experience in sales of heavy equipment, machinery, or industrial products.
– Strong technical and commercial understanding.
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
– Ability to build trust with customers and close deals.
– Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
– Valid driving license.
