We are looking for an experienced Manpower Specialist to manage recruitment, mobilization, and workforce coordination for industrial projects in Jubail. The candidate must have strong knowledge of Saudi labor regulations and experience supporting major industrial clients.

Experience working with companies such as Saudi Aramco or SABIC is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Handle recruitment and deployment of skilled and unskilled manpower

Coordinate mobilization, medicals, visas, and site access

Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law, Qiwa, Muqeem & GOSI

Manage manpower database and prepare reports

Coordinate with clients and project teams

Handle workforce replacement and demobilization

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

Minimum 4 years of manpower experience in Saudi Arabia

Experience in Jubail industrial projects preferred

Strong communication skills (Arabic & English)

Ability to manage high-volume manpower supply

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Manpower Specialist to manage end-to-end manpower operations for industrial and oil & gas projects in Jubail. The ideal candidate must have solid experience handling workforce mobilization, client coordination, and regulatory compliance within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Experience supporting projects with clients such as Saudi Aramco, SABIC, or contractors operating under Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu regulations is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Manage recruitment, selection, and mobilization of skilled & unskilled manpower.

Coordinate visa processing, medical tests, and site access approvals.

Liaise with project managers and clients regarding manpower planning.

Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law, Qiwa, Muqeem, and GOSI requirements.

Monitor attendance, timesheets, and payroll coordination.

Handle workforce replacement, demobilization, and performance tracking.

Maintain manpower database and prepare weekly/monthly reports.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 4 years of manpower coordination experience in KSA (Jubail preferred).

Strong knowledge of industrial trades (welders, pipe fitters, electricians, riggers, etc.).

Familiarity with shutdown/turnaround manpower management is an advantage.

Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.

Strong negotiation and organizational skills.
