We are seeking a professional Head Chef to lead a seafood restaurant kitchen. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in preparing and presenting high-quality seafood dishes, along with the ability to manage kitchen operations and lead a team efficiently while maintaining top standards of quality and food safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily kitchen operations efficiently
Develop and design seafood menu offerings
Ensure consistency and quality of all dishes

Control costs and manage inventory
Maintain food safety and hygiene standards
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in seafood restaurants
Previous experience in Saudi Arabia or Gulf countries
Strong leadership and management skills
Ability to work under pressure
Preferably currently based in Saudi Arabia
