Responsibilities:
– Manage the end-to-end SFS processes from the creation until the delivery to the customer.
– Manage the end-to-end CFS processes from the creation until the delivery to the customer.
– Print the waybill and stick it correctly onto the order’s box.
– Hand over the SFS-ready orders to the courier’s agent and get his signature on the proof of handover document.
– Receive the returned SFS orders from the couriers and to be returned to the stock .
– Call the customers that have any outstanding (7 days and more) orders and ask them to collect from the store.
– Escalate any stock accuracy issue to the store management and inventory coordinator to correct the inventory accordingly.
– Work with the receiver on the day-to-day work of receiving and sending the shipments.
– Cover the receiver’s absence.

Physical Job Requirements:
– Read, Write and communicate using the English language
– Standing, bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling, climbing, balancing, crouching, handling,
and moving items weighing up to 20 kg without assistance

Working Hours and Benefits:
