Job Responsibilities
1.Visitor Reception
Welcome and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Register and guide guests to the appropriate person or meeting room
Maintain a positive first impression of the company
2.Call & Email Handling
Answer, screen, and transfer incoming calls
Handle general inquiries via phone or email
3.Administrative Support
Manage meeting room bookings and support meeting arrangements
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier, and documents
Monitor and manage office supplies
4.Office Environment Maintenance
Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable
Assist in maintaining overall office environment and facilities
5.HR/Admin Support (if required)
Assist with onboarding/offboarding processes (e.g., access cards, basic coordination)
Support basic data entry and administrative documentation
Job Requirements
1.Education & Experience
Diploma or above
Previous experience in receptionist, customer service, or administrative roles is preferred
2.Language Skills
Good command of English (spoken and written)
Arabic is a plus (especially for Middle East-based roles)
3.Competencies
Presentable with a professional appearance
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented, responsible, and service-minded
4.Technical Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in multicultural environments

Working Hours: Standard office hours based on Saudi Labour Law.
