Fire Fighting System Engineer Required

Description

We are seeking a qualified Fire Fighting System Engineer with Gulf experience to design, supervise, and maintain fire protection systems in compliance with local and international safety standards.

Responsibilities:

Design and review fire fighting systems (sprinkler, hydrant, hose reel, foam, clean agent systems)

Prepare shop drawings, layouts, calculations, and technical submittals

Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of fire fighting systems

Ensure compliance with Civil Defense, NFPA, and local authority requirements

Conduct site inspections and coordinate with consultants and contractors

Troubleshoot system issues and recommend corrective actions

Review material specifications and coordinate with suppliers and vendors

Prepare method statements, reports, and as-built drawings

Support authority inspections and project handovers

Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and project timelines

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Fire Protection Engineering or related field

Proven experience working in the Gulf region

Strong knowledge of NFPA standards and Civil Defense regulations

Experience with testing, commissioning, and approval processes

Good communication and coordination skills
