Looking for Expert Trainer – ASNT Level II (Eddy Current Testing – ET)

We are looking to engage an experienced ASNT Level II (ET) trainer to deliver a program that includes strong practical / hands-on training.

✅ Important: Client has an automatic eddy current machine — the training must include hands-on sessions using this equipment.

Proposed Scope / Topics (ASNT Level II – ET):

* Principles of Eddy Current Testing
* Equipment calibration (suitable probes & frequencies)
* Detect surface & near-surface cracks (aircraft components/structures, tubes, welds)
* Detect corrosion & material thinning in non-magnetic materials
* Grade/sort materials based on conductivity & permeability
* Write clear inspection instructions & test reports
* Assess ET suitability for different materials & inspection techniques
* Select correct probe types for welded butt joints (steel plates, pipes, aerospace components/structures)
* Report defect location & size in typical welded joints
* Interpret & evaluate results per applicable international codes/standards
