A construction worker is a skilled or unskilled laborer responsible for building, maintaining, and repairing structures like homes, roads, and commercial buildings. They prepare sites, operate heavy machinery, use tools (hammers, drills), handle materials, and follow blueprints and safety codes. Jobs range from general labor to specialized roles like masons, electricians, or painters.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
Site Prep & Maintenance: Clearing debris, digging trenches, erecting scaffolding, and cleaning sites to ensure safety.
Building Operations: Pouring concrete, laying brick, erecting structural steel, and operating heavy equipment like cranes.
Technical Work: Reading blueprints, measuring materials, and performing specialized tasks like electrical, plumbing, or carpentry work.
Material Handling: Loading, unloading, and transporting materials safely around the site.

Skills and Qualifications:
Physical Stamina: The job requires lifting heavy materials, bending, and standing for long periods.
Technical Ability: Basic knowledge of hand tools and machinery is required, while specialized roles may require more experience.
Safety Focus: Strict adherence to safety protocols is mandatory to protect oneself and the team.
Education: While most roles do not require formal education, vocational training or apprenticeships are common, especially for specialized trades.

Visa and accommodation will be provided by the company.
10 hours duty.
Salary BHD100.000 + Overtime.
