• Experience in networking troubleshooting
(maintaining server, firewall set up, door access control set up)
(LAN/WAN issues, Wi-Fi configuration, basic router/switch setup)
• Experience in physical troubleshooting
(PC hardware repair, printer issues, device diagnostics)
• Proficient in installing software and performing system upgrades
(Windows OS, drivers, business applications)
• Can handle pressure and support the team effectively
(fast-paced environment, strong problem-solving skills)
