Description
We are seeking a full-time E-commerce Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Zoho Books and hands-on knowledge of accounting for online sales platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Record and manage daily sales transactions from Noon, Amazon, Trendyol, and Shopify
Extract and organize financial data from e-commerce platforms
Maintain accurate accounting records in Zoho Books
Perform reconciliation of payments, orders, and bank statements
Manage inventory and update stock using Excel files
Track stock movement and ensure inventory accuracy
Prepare financial reports and ensure data accuracy
Handle general bookkeeping and accounting tasks
Requirements:
Proven experience with Zoho Books (mandatory)
Strong knowledge of e-commerce accounting
Experience working with Noon, Amazon, Trendyol, and Shopify
Experience in inventory management using Excel
Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
