Job Title: Senior AutoCAD Drafter (Facade Specialist)

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced AutoCAD Drafter specialized in Facade and Building Envelopes to join our team in Riyadh. You will be responsible for preparing detailed shop drawings for high-profile projects, ensuring all designs comply with Saudi Building Codes and project specifications.
Key Responsibilities
-Technical Drafting: Develop comprehensive 2D/3D shop drawings for facade systems including Unitized/Stick Curtain Walls, Spider glazing, ACP, Stone Cladding, and Sky Lights.
-Fabrication Details: Prepare precise cutting lists and fabrication drawings for production.
-Coordination: Work closely with the Project Manager and Structural Engineers to resolve design clashes and site-related technical issues.
-Compliance: Ensure all drawings meet the Saudi Building Code (SBC) and client approval standards.
-Site Surveys: Occasionally visit project sites in Riyadh to verify measurements and coordinate with the installation team.
Required Skills & Qualifications
-Experience: 4–5 years of solid experience in Facade Drafting (Aluminum & Glazing/Cladding).
-Software Proficiency: Expert-level AutoCAD (2D/3D). Experience with Revit (BIM) or Rhino is highly preferred.
-Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of glass specifications, thermal performance, and waterproofing details.
-Location: Currently based in Riyadh (Transferable Iqama is a plus).
-Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architectural/Civil Engineering or related technical field.
