Job Type: Full-Time

Languages: Hindi & English (Mandatory)
Salary: SAR 2,300/month

1) Job Summary

We are hiring a full-time Data Entry & Operations Executive to support logistics and transport operations. The candidate will be responsible for accurate daily data entry, opening and closing DNs in company software, updating customers, and coordinating with drivers through calls and follow-ups until delivery is completed.

2) Key Responsibilities
A) Data Entry & Documentation

Record daily loading details accurately in software/system

Create/open DN (Delivery Note) for every loading

Maintain proper documentation and daily operational records

Ensure data accuracy and timely entry

B) Operations & Driver Coordination

Coordinate with drivers on daily deliveries and movements

Call drivers for:

Location updates

Delivery status

Delay reasons and reporting

Ensure drivers follow delivery schedules

Maintain daily follow-up until delivery is completed

C) Customer Updates

Update customers regarding:

Loading confirmation

Dispatch status

Delivery progress

Handle customer communication professionally

D) Delivery Closing

Confirm offloading/delivery completion

Close DN in software after offloading

Ensure all deliveries are properly completed in system

3) Required Skills & Qualifications

Indian candidate only

Hindi + English speaking mandatory

Good communication skills (drivers + customers)

Strong follow-up and coordination ability

Basic computer knowledge (Excel/Google Sheets/Software entry)

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Experience in logistics/transport is preferred (not mandatory)

4) Work Conditions

Full-time position

Must be willing to handle frequent driver calls and follow-ups

Must maintain accuracy in daily reporting and entries

5) Compensation & Benefits

Salary: SAR 2,300/month

Accommodation provided by company

Iqama provided by company
