Job Vacancy: Cost Control Engineer – Arab National only
Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Cost Control Engineer to support project financial planning, cost monitoring, and budget control activities. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate cost tracking, forecasting, and reporting in alignment with project objectives and company financial controls.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and monitor project budgets, cost plans, and cash flow forecasts.
• Track project expenditures and analyze cost variances.
• Prepare cost reports, progress valuations, and management dashboards.
• Coordinate with project, procurement, and finance teams on cost-related matters.
• Review BOQs, variation orders, and claims from a cost perspective.
• Support audits and ensure compliance with company financial procedures.
• Provide cost control input during project planning and execution stages.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in cost control within construction or EPC projects.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, cost reporting, and project controls.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and cost control tools; ERP experience is an advantage.
• Good analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
• This position is open to Arab nationals only, in line with project and regulatory requirements.
