Description
We are seeking an experienced Civil Construction Supervisor with 10+ years of proven expertise in supervising and executing civil works for industrial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities: excavation, PCC, RCC, formwork, reinforcement, blockwork, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, and finishing works.
Ensure execution in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.
Monitor subcontractor activities and ensure adherence to project schedules.
Lead and manage skilled and unskilled workforce on-site.
Allocate manpower efficiently based on daily targets and project priorities.
Monitor labor productivity and implement corrective measures as needed.
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum 10 years of civil construction supervision experience in industrial projects.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
