Role Summary:
We are seeking a proactive Client Development Manager to generate and qualify high-value commercial fit-out opportunities. This role focuses on sourcing corporate tenants, office occupiers, and multinational clients before RFP or tender stages, ensuring a steady pipeline for the company’s Commercial Director.
Key Responsibilities:
-Identify and qualify upcoming fit-out projects with corporate tenants and office occupiers.
-Conduct outreach and schedule meetings with decision-makers.
-Assess project requirements and size at an early stage.
-Maintain an active pipeline of opportunities for the Commercial Director.
-Provide market intelligence on trends and tenant movements.
Requirements:
-5+ years of business development experience in commercial fit-outs or construction in Saudi Arabia.
-Strong network of corporate, landlord, and developer contacts.
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
-Ability to work independently and manage a pipeline of opportunities.
Fluency in Arabic and English
Compensation: Competitive salary + performance-based commission
