Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.

Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in civil construction projects.

Experience in industrial buildings or factory construction projects is required.

Familiar with site construction management, including progress control, quality inspection, and coordination with subcontractors and project teams.

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, technical specifications, and project documents.

Strong knowledge of civil construction processes, site safety requirements, and quality standards.

Fluent in both Arabic and English (speaking, reading, and writing) for daily communication and reporting.

Possession of a valid driving license, with the ability to travel between project sites.

Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills, able to work effectively in a multinational project environment.

Willing to work on construction sites and adapt to project-based working conditions.

Chinese language ability will be considered an advantage.
