Open Positions:

1?? Architectural Engineer

Experience: Minimum 5 years (preferably in industrial projects) Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

Strong experience in industrial buildings, warehouses, plants, and utility buildings Proficiency in shop drawings, IFC drawings, and material submittals Good knowledge of building codes, specifications, and authority requirements Ability to coordinate with structural, MEP, and site teams Strong skills in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM coordination

2?? Structural Design Engineer

Experience: Minimum 5 years (preferably in industrial projects) Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

Strong background in structural analysis and design of concrete & steel structures Experience in industrial buildings, foundations, tanks, pipe racks, and equipment foundations Proficiency in ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, and other structural software Excellent knowledge of ACI, AISC, SBC, and international codes Ability to produce design calculations, design reports, and structural drawings

3?? Civil Engineer

Experience: Minimum 5 years (preferably in industrial projects) Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

Strong experience in grading design, earthworks, and site development Proven knowledge in landscaping and hardscaping works Expertise in roads, pavements, walkways, kerbs, interlocks, and external works Experience in stormwater drainage, utility networks, and infrastructure coordination Ability to review and prepare shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals Good command of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and site coordination tools

General Requirements:

Proven experience in industrial facilities, plants, factories, warehouses, and infrastructure projects Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines
