Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Car Wash Supervisor who is fluent in both Arabic and English. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in car wash and car detailing operations, exceptional sales skills, and proven experience in effective line management. This role is critical in ensuring high-quality service, maintaining operational efficiency, and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

– Supervise daily car wash operations, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and customer service.
– Manage and train a team of car wash staff, providing support and guidance to ensure excellent performance.
– Implement best practices for car detailing techniques and customer service protocols.
– Actively promote and sell car wash services and packages to customers, meeting sales targets.
– Conduct regular inspections of vehicles post-wash to ensure quality standards are met.
– Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring a positive experience.
– Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary.
– Monitor staff performance and conduct regular evaluations to encourage growth and improve productivity.
– Collaborate with management to develop operational strategies and improve service offerings.

Qualifications:
– Fluent in Arabic and English (verbal and written).
– Minimum of 2 years of experience in car wash and car detailing operations.
– Proven sales experience in the automotive service industry.
– Strong leadership skills with experience in effective line management.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
– Customer-focused with a commitment to excellence.
– Should be able to use computer and POS systems
