Business Development Manager Required

Description

We are currently looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in manpower services and project-based hiring.

Key Responsibilities:
‣ Develop and expand business in manpower supply and outsourcing
‣ Source and manage manpower for project-based and long-term contracts
‣ Identify and secure new business opportunities, especially in construction projects
‣ Handle client relationships and ensure smooth project execution
‣ Manage end-to-end outsourcing and manpower deployment

Requirements:
‣ 4–5 years of relevant experience in manpower services or outsourcing
‣ Proven experience in project-based manpower hiring and contract acquisition
‣ Strong knowledge of construction project outsourcing and handling
‣ Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Additional Criteria:
‣ Candidate must be currently available in Dammam
‣ Immediate transfer of sponsorship required
‣ Preference for Indian candidates (Kerala or South India region)
