Description
A leading Contracting firm based in Dammam, KSA, is seeking a high-caliber Business Development Manager specializing in HVAC Chiller Systems (Air-cooled, Water-cooled, and District Cooling). The ideal candidate must have at least 12-20 years of specialized experience in the Saudi market, with a proven track record in the industrial, hospitality, and large-scale commercial sectors.
Required candidates must possess deep technical knowledge of chiller plant optimization, energy efficiency standards (SASO/ASHRAE), and a strong network with consultants and industrial developers/end users in the Eastern Province. The role involves identifying high-value HVAC packages, managing & tendering technical and commercial bids, and providing energy-saving cooling solutions to end-users. Business acumen and the ability to negotiate multi-million SAR contracts are essential.
Candidates must be tech-fluent, capable of using CRM and project monitoring tools to ensure total performance visibility and accountability for the sales pipeline.
