We are looking for an experienced and motivated Assistant Manager to join our retail team.

Responsibilities:
Assist the Store Manager in daily operations
Supervise and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
Ensure excellent customer service and store standards
Monitor sales performance and prepare reports
Train and support staff
Handle customer concerns professionally

Requirements:
Female candidate (Filipina preferred)
Minimum 3–4 years experience in retail or sales (supervisory role preferred)
Good communication skills in English
Leadership and team management skills
Presentable and professional attitude
