Coordinate between the central kitchen and the field service team to ensure smooth implementation. Manage and direct the field staff and solve operational problems immediately. Qualifications Required: Previous experience in the catering or hotel sector. High organizational skills and ability to manage time under the pressure of major events. Ability to communicate effectively in both Arabic and English. Strong knowledge of luxury serving and service protocols. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel programs and others.
