Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate administrative tasks related to project planning and execution.
Maintain and organize project documents, reports, and records.
Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting minutes.
Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Communicate with team members, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure project updates are shared.
Assist in preparing project reports, presentations, and status updates.
Monitor project expenses and assist with budget tracking when required.
Ensure compliance with company procedures and project management standards.
Provide general administrative support to the project management team.
* Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in administrative support or project coordination.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
