Key Responsibilities
* Financial Reporting: Maintain accurate ledgers, manage accounts payable/receivable, and prepare monthly financial statements.
* Customs Compliance: Handle documentation related to duty payments, VAT filings, and clearance costs.
* Reconciliation: Perform regular bank and vendor reconciliations specifically for transport logs and shipping invoices.
* Coordination: Work closely with the operations team to ensure billing accuracy for domestic and international freight.
Requirements
* Languages: Full professional proficiency in Arabic and English (Written and Spoken) is mandatory.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* Experience: Previous experience in the logistics, transport, or customs clearance industry is highly preferred.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and standard accounting software (e.g., Tally, Odoo, or SAP).
