*Accountant for Travel Agency

The Ideal Candidate will be involved with preparing.

Financial reports and statements, Bank reconciliations, and conducting periodic audits.

Moreover, candidates must have strong interpersonal skills and possess strong business acumen

Responsibilities:

Manage full accounting cycle operation for Travel Agency transactions using Fiesta accounting system Including Invoicing, Receipts, Vendor Payments and Reconciliations.

Process tracked airlines bookings, hotel bookings and travel packages ensuring accurate cost allocation and margin.

Should be able to handle BSP ( Billing settlement plan ) reports and reconcile them with system records and ensure compliance with IATA standard.

Monitor Account receivables and payables, follow up with clients and suppliers to maintain healthy cash flow.

Prepare monthly financial reports and management reports to support decision making.

Coordinate with Auditors and Management to provide system reports, supporting document and reconciliation.

Train team members on using Fiesta for day- to- day operation and reporting.

Skills required:

Experienced in Microsoft office apps like Excel. Word , should be able to prepare accounting and managements report.
