Description
We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual for the position of Accountant who can also take on administrative and secretarial responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day accounting activities using Tally, including bookkeeping and financial reporting.
Manage VAT filing and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
Maintain financial records, ledgers, and invoices
Process payroll, payments, and receipts
Assist with audit preparations and support the audit process.
Perform administrative tasks, such as scheduling and correspondence.
Undertake secretarial duties, including taking minutes and managing office files.
Ensure compliance with LMRA and GOSI regulations.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Proven experience in accounting and Office Administrator or similar role
Familiarity with VAT regulations, audit processes, LMRA, and GOSI.
Proficient in using Tally and other office software.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
