The receptionist position is a vital front- office role and represents the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and business partners. The responsibilities include welcoming and assisting visitors in a courteous, respectful, and professional manner; managing and directing all incoming and outgoing telephone communications; responding to general inquiries accurately and politely; scheduling and coordinating appointments; maintaining clear and organized visitor and call records; and providing appropriate and basic information regarding the company and its services. The role also involves supporting routine administrative tasks, coordinating with internal departments when required, and ensuring that the reception area remains neat, organized, and reflective of the company’s professional image at all times.

In terms of compensation, the first month of employment will be designated as a training period, during which a salary of 250 KD will be provided. During this period, structured and guided training will be offered to ensure a thorough understanding of job responsibilities, company policies, procedures, workplace conduct, and operational systems. Upon successful completion of the training period and satisfactory performance, the salary will be increased to 280 KD.

The working schedule consists of 9 duty hours per day, inclusive of a 1- hour break. The company provides organized transportation for employees to support punctuality and convenience. Employees are entitled to 30 days of paid annual leave after completing one year of continuous service. A return air- ticket allowance will be provided after two years of service. All additional benefits, employment terms, and working conditions are provided strictly in accordance with Kuwait labor law and company policy.
