Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Branch Manager to lead operations in Jeddah. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing contracts and operational services, coupled with strong business development abilities. This role requires exceptional leadership and a solid understanding of the Western Region market to successfully drive growth and foster key relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring contract compliance and high-quality service delivery.
• Develop and implement business strategies to expand the branch’s client base and increase revenue.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients, operators, and service sector contacts.
• Utilize CRM tools effectively to track leads and manage contracts.
• Lead and motivate the branch team to achieve operational goals and maintain service excellence.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in managing contracts or operational services.
• Proven success in business development within the same industry.
• Strong command of the Western Region market landscape.
• Effective leadership qualities and excellent management skills.

Additional Qualifications

• A well-established network within the service sectors is highly preferred.
• Experience working with operators and semi-government projects or entities is advantageous.
