DSA ARCHITECTS KSA is seeking a seasoned Architectural Inspector to join our team in Riyadh. This role is ideal for a highly qualified professional with a background in architecture and a minimum of seven years’ experience in inspection within the construction or architectural industries. As part of our dynamic team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that architectural projects meet stringent quality and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

In this position, you will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections of architectural work to verify adherence to design specifications, regulatory standards, and client requirements. You will collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to identify discrepancies and facilitate corrective measures. Reporting accurately on inspection findings and maintaining comprehensive documentation is a critical part of the role.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture is mandatory.
• At least 7 years of progressive experience as an Architectural Inspector or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of architectural design principles and construction standards.
• Sound understanding of quality assurance and control procedures related to architecture.
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
