Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and reliable IT Operations Technician to support daily IT infrastructure, systems, and end-user operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth IT service delivery, troubleshoot technical issues, and maintain system availability across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first- and second-level IT support for hardware, software, and network issues
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment
Monitor IT systems, servers, and network performance to ensure uptime and stability
Troubleshoot and resolve technical incidents in a timely manner
Support user account setup, permissions, and access management
Assist in maintaining IT documentation, asset inventory, and service logs
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for repairs and maintenance
Perform regular system updates, patches, and backups
Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and best practices
Support IT infrastructure projects and upgrades as required
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
2–4 years of experience in IT support or IT operations role
Strong knowledge of Windows and/or Linux environments
Basic understanding of networking (LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP)
Experience with troubleshooting hardware, software, and peripheral devices
Familiarity with IT service management tools (ticketing systems)
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Must be currently residing in Bahrain

Preferred Skills
Experience in enterprise or multi-site IT environments
Knowledge of cybersecurity basics and endpoint protection tools
Experience with Microsoft 365 administration
IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple incidents
