A new Shawarma & Grill restaurant opening shortly in Jeddah is seeking energetic and skilled professionals to join their team. Available Positions and Compensation

The restaurant is hiring for several key roles, each offering competitive salaries and benefits. Below is the list of available positions along with salary details and additional perks:

• Restaurant Manager: Salary to be discussed, responsible for overall restaurant operations.
• Supervisor: Salary to be discussed, overseeing day-to-day activities and staff coordination.
• Shawarma Chef: SAR 3500/month, with housing and transportation provided.
• Grill Chef: SAR 3500/month, includes housing and transportation.
• Assistant: SAR 2700/month plus a food allowance of SAR 300; housing and transportation included.
• Preparation Staff: SAR 2200/month with a SAR 300 food allowance and provided housing and transportation.
• Cleaner: SAR 1700/month with a SAR 300 food allowance, housing, and transportation included.

Key Responsibilities

Each role comes with specific duties essential to the smooth operation of the restaurant:

• Restaurant Manager will lead the team, manage inventory, ensure quality standards, and provide excellent customer service.
• Supervisors will coordinate staff schedules, monitor service quality, and assist the manager in daily operations.
• Chefs will prepare authentic Shawarma and grilled dishes adhering to hygiene and quality norms.
• Assistants and preparation staff will support chefs in food prep, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and stock management.
• Cleaners will ensure the restaurant is clean, sanitary, and organized at all times.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in restaurant or catering services is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Immediate joiners will be given priority.
