We are a Bahrain-based company seeking a reliable and motivated Administrative Assistant with a valid Bahraini driving license to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to develop their skills in both administration and human resources.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will manage a variety of tasks including:
- Handling human resource activities and supporting HR processes
- Monitoring multiple company branches and preparing daily operational reports
- Performing various administrative duties as requested by management
- Managing social media accounts and online advertisements
- Using basic graphic design skills to create posts and advertisements
- Communicating and coordinating with suppliers and third parties to support company transactions
- Maintaining correspondence, filing, archiving, and other clerical work
Required Skills
