We are a leading F&B company operating a high-end fast food restaurant chain specializing in premium burgers, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. We are currently seeking an experienced Purchasing Manager to oversee both local and international procurement activities. This role involves managing custom clearance processes, warehouse operations, inventory control, and timely supply coordination to our branches.

Key Responsibilities

The Purchasing Manager will be responsible for ensuring all purchase orders are completed on schedule, including handling the clearance of imported goods. The role also requires maintaining effective warehouse management, conducting regular inventory checks, and guaranteeing the timely delivery of materials to various outlets. Compliance with Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA) regulations is mandatory to uphold quality and safety standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and possess a minimum of three years’ experience in a similar purchasing or procurement role. Strong knowledge of local and international purchasing processes, customs clearance, and inventory management is essential. Familiarity with regulatory compliance, especially SFDA guidelines, is highly preferred.
