Job Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Calibration Lab Sales Representative to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will bring at least six years of experience working within calibration laboratory environments, combined with strong communication and negotiation abilities. This role requires a basic technical knowledge of calibration hardware and industry standards to effectively connect with clients and provide accurate solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth by promoting calibration laboratory services to potential and existing clients.
• Maintain and develop strong client relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
• Understand customer requirements and provide technical insights to tailor service offerings accordingly.
• Utilize CRM software to manage customer interactions and sales tracking efficiently.
• Prepare reports and maintain sales data proficiency using Microsoft Excel.
• Travel locally within Riyadh and surrounding areas to meet clients and attend industry events as necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of six years’ experience in calibration laboratories or related technical sales.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to persuade and influence stakeholders.
• Basic technical understanding of calibration equipment and relevant standards.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and CRM systems.
• Valid driving license with residency in Saudi Arabia.

Work Environment

This position is based in Riyadh, requiring regular client visits and strong coordination with technical teams to ensure client satisfaction. The role combines office work with field visits to develop business in the calibration sector.
