We are looking for a detail-oriented Corporate Buying Officer to join our procurement team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in purchasing, supply chain, or related functions, and play a key role in coordinating procurement activities to ensure smooth operations across the company.

Key Responsibilities

The Corporate Buying Officer will be responsible for managing procurement processes such as handling quotations, purchase orders, and supplier documentation. They will collaborate closely with suppliers and internal departments to support timely follow-up and maintain accurate records throughout the purchasing cycle.

Required Skills

• Experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, finance, or legal-related roles
• Strong coordination and follow-up abilities to ensure procurement tasks are completed efficiently
• Basic knowledge of contracts, quotations, and purchase order documentation
• Effective communication skills for liaising with suppliers and internal teams
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with procurement or ERP systems
