We are looking for an experienced Commercial Director with a strong background in quantity surveying to join a leading company based in Doha, Qatar. This role offers a competitive salary and demands a candidate with at least 20 years of relevant experience backed by a degree in Quantity Surveying. MRICS certification is essential, along with extensive expertise in both pre-contract and post-contract phases.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will lead and oversee commercial activities ensuring efficient contract management throughout project lifecycles. You will be responsible for strategies related to cost control, risk management, and financial reporting while maintaining compliance with contractual obligations. Your expertise will play a critical role in supporting project teams to optimize commercial outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
• Mandatory MRICS certification
• Minimum of 20 years experience in commercial management
• Strong knowledge of pre-contract and post-contract procedures
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex projects
