Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic PMP Certified Project Management Trainer to join our team in Riyadh. This role involves delivering comprehensive training programs that align with the Project Management Institute’s (PMI) standards and PMBOK guidelines. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching project management concepts and preparing candidates for PMP certification through engaging and practical online sessions.

Key Responsibilities

As a PMP Project Management Trainer, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting high-quality online training workshops aligned with PMI and PMBOK standards.
• Teaching essential project management knowledge areas such as integration, scope, schedule, cost, quality, resource, risk, procurement, stakeholder, and communication management.
• Covering various project management methodologies including Agile, hybrid, and predictive approaches.
• Preparing learners effectively for the PMP certification exam through exam strategies, question practice, and simulated mock tests.
• Guiding students through real-world projects, case studies, and practical tasks to enhance applied understanding.
• Explaining key project management tools and techniques like Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), Gantt charts, critical path analysis, risk registers, and project baselines.
• Supporting students in developing professional project documentation and essential management skills.
• Mentoring trainees to help them become competent and job-ready project management professionals.
• Assisting learners with CV writing, interview preparation, and overall career readiness.
• Ensuring all training delivery maintains adherence to PMI’s global standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline preferred.
• Valid PMP certification is mandatory.
• A minimum of 3 to 5 years’ practical experience in project management across various industries.
• At least 1 to 2 years of experience as a trainer, instructor, or mentor in relevant fields.
• Deep familiarity with PMBOK, project management processes, and certification exam preparation techniques.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage online participants.
• Ability to deliver structured, interactive, and result-driven virtual training sessions.
• Preference will be given to candidates based in Riyadh.
