Job Overview

We are urgently seeking experienced professionals for multiple engineering roles based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. These positions include Technical Superintendent, Senior Mechanical Engineer, and Mechanical/Hydraulic Engineers. Ideal candidates will bring hands-on expertise in mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic systems maintenance, repairs, and installations within relevant industries.

Key Responsibilities

The Technical Superintendent will oversee the execution of mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic repair and maintenance services. This includes managing installation, troubleshooting, and upkeep of complex equipment. The role requires coordination and support for service teams to ensure operational efficiency.

Senior Mechanical Engineers will focus on managing and supporting repair and maintenance operations specifically for mechanical and hydraulic equipment, ensuring all technical standards are upheld.

Additional tasks for both roles include daily monitoring and enforcement of safety standards, conducting regular inspections (including engine room visits), managing budgets with timely reporting, and addressing preventive maintenance needs. They are responsible for compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations.

The Mechanical/Hydraulic Engineers will handle process calculations such as hydraulics, piping sizing, and valve equipment sizing. They will also engage in process simulation and system troubleshooting to optimize performance and deliver cost-effective solutions. Preparing technical specifications, data sheets, and ensuring maintenance schedules align with technical requirements are vital aspects of this position.

Furthermore, Mechanical Engineers managing electrical aspects will oversee the implementation of maintenance plans, provide expert electrical guidance to operations, manage procurement inputs for spare parts, and lead departmental engineers tackling complex technical challenges.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or relevant field.
• Minimum of 10 years of related experience for Technical Superintendent and 8 years for Senior Mechanical Engineer in similar industrial environments.
• Proven ability to manage mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic systems maintenance and repairs efficiently.
• Strong understanding of industry safety standards including QHSE compliance and the ability to respond effectively to safety reports.
• Skilled in budget management and operational reporting.
• Experience in technical troubleshooting, system optimization, and process engineering calculations.
• Effective leadership skills with the ability to guide teams, resolve conflicts, and promote collaboration.

Work Environment

These roles involve frequent site visits including engine rooms and operational vessels, requiring candidates to work within safety-critical environments. Collaboration with various departments and stakeholders is essential for ensuring smooth technical operations and compliance with all safety standards.
