​We are seeking an experienced Sales Supervisor to lead and drive our sales team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FMCG sector, preferably with Bakery experience, and a proven track record in managing sales teams, achieving targets, and expand market share.
​Key Responsibilities:
​Supervise and guide the day-to-day operations of the sales team.
​Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly targets.
​Monitor market trends and competitor roles.
​Strong knowledge of the Qatar retail and distribution market.
​Proficiency in MS Excel and management reporting.
​Must have a Qatari driving license.
​Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
