Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Retail Merchandiser based in Jeddah to enhance product visibility and availability across key retail outlets. This full-time role focuses on driving sales growth and reinforcing brand presence through effective merchandising strategies in modern trade and independent stores.

Key Responsibilities

The Retail Merchandiser will regularly visit assigned retail partners including Carrefour, Lulu, Danube, Spinneys, and various independent stores. They will ensure products are displayed according to the approved planograms and Must-Stock Lists to maximize shelf impact. Supporting brand promotions, in-store activations, and below-the-line marketing activities forms an essential part of the role. Monitoring sales performance data and reporting insights to the Category Manager will help guide strategic decisions. Building and maintaining strong relationships with store personnel is critical to securing optimal shelf space and promotional placements. Additionally, the merchandiser will keep an eye on competitor activity, pricing strategies, and visibility to provide timely updates to the commercial team. Ensuring all merchandising materials and displays are correctly set up and maintained is also a key responsibility.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of retail merchandising experience, preferably within the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential for managing multiple accounts and ensuring compliance. Effective communication and the ability to create clear reports are important for coordinating with team members and retail partners. A proactive, energetic approach combined with a customer-focused attitude will support success in this dynamic role. Possession of a valid Saudi Arabian driving license is mandatory as the role requires independent travel to various retail locations.
