We are urgently seeking a skilled Civil Site Supervisor to join our team for ongoing projects with Saudi Aramco. The successful candidate will oversee civil works, ensuring quality and safety standards are met across various construction activities including drain pit development, marl pad construction, excavation, backfilling, and berming.

Key Responsibilities

The Civil Site Supervisor will be responsible for managing daily site operations to guarantee efficient progress and adherence to project specifications. This includes supervising site crews, liaising with project managers, monitoring material usage, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols. The role demands a hands-on approach to problem-solving and maintaining clear communication among all stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience working on Saudi Aramco civil projects or similar assignments.
• Proven expertise in civil engineering tasks such as excavation, backfilling, berming, and constructing specific structures like drain pits and marl pads.
• Possession of a Civil Engineering degree or diploma is mandatory.
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
• Familiarity with safety and quality standards applicable to construction sites in Saudi Arabia.
