Bin Laden Company is currently seeking experienced tradespeople for multiple roles based in Madina Munawara, Saudi Arabia. This urgent recruitment drive targets qualified candidates holding a valid “Big Absher” (Muassasa/Company) Iqama. Open positions include Painter, Electrician, Plumber, Duct Fitter, Block Mason, Plaster Worker, and General Labourer.

Key Responsibilities

Candidates will perform tasks according to their respective trades, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. The roles involve working on various construction and maintenance projects where technical skills and professionalism are critical. Daily duties will be allocated to meet project timelines and company expectations.

Requirements

• Applicants must hold a valid “Big Absher” (Muassasa/Company) Iqama. Candidates with Saiqa Khas (Private Driver), Amil Manzili (House Labour), or expired Iqama are not eligible.
• Commitment to a 10-hour workday schedule is mandatory.
• Relevant experience in the respective trades is required to ensure readiness for immediate deployment.

Compensation and Payment Terms

The initial salary payment will be issued after one month and ten days of employment, with subsequent salaries paid monthly. This structure reflects the company’s payroll policy designed to support workload demand during ongoing projects.
