Job Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Project Manager with in-depth experience in the banking and finance sector to lead strategic initiatives for compliance and risk management. This role involves collaborating across various departments and business units to ensure timely execution of regulatory projects and automated compliance solutions.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing strategic priorities set by the Bank and Control Room, coordinating regulatory mandates and special projects, and monitoring progress to meet project goals. They will play a pivotal role in driving compliance initiatives and fostering communication between departments, all while understanding the intricate regulatory and technological landscape impacting the bank.

Required Skills and Experience

• Extensive knowledge of banking operations, including Corporate, Personal, and Wealth divisions
• Strong understanding of compliance functions, particularly data segregation through Chinese walls
• Proven track record of managing projects within banking or finance environments, with at least 10 years of relevant experience
• Experience in delivering automated regulatory compliance solutions
• Solid budgeting and financial management skills
• Familiarity with Compliance Control Room operations and investment banking risk factors
• Additional experience with Firco Continuity, Firco Trust, and SAS AML implementations is highly desirable
