Job Overview

Madre Integrated Engineering is seeking an experienced Penetration Testing Specialist to join our security team in Qatar. This role focuses on identifying vulnerabilities across web, network, and application environments to help strengthen organizational security frameworks. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise with leading security testing tools and a strong foundation in industry-recognized security standards.

Key Responsibilities

As a Penetration Testing Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive security assessments, simulating cyberattacks to uncover weaknesses that may be exploited, and delivering detailed reports outlining findings and mitigation strategies. You’ll work closely with technical teams to recommend improvements aligned with established security frameworks.

• Perform penetration tests on web applications, networks, and systems
• Utilize tools such as Metasploit, Burp Suite, Nmap, and OWASP utilities to identify security gaps
• Conduct vulnerability assessments based on OWASP and NIST standards
• Analyze and document findings clearly to support risk management decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance overall security posture

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in penetration testing within web, network, and application domains
• Strong proficiency in security tools including Metasploit, Burp Suite, Nmap, and OWASP toolset
• Knowledgeable about vulnerability assessment methodologies and security frameworks like OWASP and NIST
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to identify and interpret security risks accurately
• Fluent communication skills in both English and Arabic
• Preferred certifications: Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) or Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP)
