Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to join our Facilities Management team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This fixed-term contract position (1 year) involves overseeing the quality standards of both hard and soft FM services, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, safety regulations, and industry best practices. Reporting directly to the QA Manager and FM Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in maintaining and improving the quality and safety of our facility operations.

Key Responsibilities

The QA Engineer will be tasked with implementing and sustaining effective quality assurance systems across all FM operations. Key duties include conducting thorough quality inspections, site audits, and compliance assessments aligned with SLAs and KPIs. You will ensure strict adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards, legal regulations, and client specifications. Identifying non-conformities, issuing Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and overseeing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) will be essential to your role.

Coordination with operations teams, subcontractors, and clients to address quality concerns is a core responsibility. Producing detailed QA reports, performance dashboards, and analyses to support decision-making will also be expected. Maintaining QA documentation in accordance with ISO standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 is crucial. You will additionally support internal and external audits and facilitate certification processes, while reviewing client feedback to drive continuous quality improvements. Guidance and support to site and operations teams on quality matters will form part of your daily activities.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a closely related field, complemented by at least seven years of experience in Quality Assurance within Facilities Management or an equivalent industry. Registration with the Saudi Engineering Council (SEC) or eligibility to obtain this certification is required. A strong understanding of FM operations, quality management systems, and auditing practices is essential. Experience working with ISO standards and navigating regulatory compliance is highly desirable.
