Job Overview

We are currently looking for a qualified Mechanical Supervisor to lead and manage mechanical operations and maintenance projects in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position requires a hands-on leader with strong technical skills and proven experience in overseeing mechanical teams, particularly within industrial, oil & gas, or construction settings.

Key Responsibilities

The Mechanical Supervisor will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising mechanical maintenance and installation tasks. You will ensure all work meets safety regulations and company standards while troubleshooting mechanical issues and providing effective solutions. Daily duties include assigning work to team members, monitoring equipment performance, preparing progress reports, and collaborating closely with engineers and other departments to enhance project efficiency.

Required Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate should hold a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. A minimum of 5 to 6 years of experience as a Mechanical Supervisor is essential, preferably with prior work experience in Saudi Arabia. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, maintenance protocols, and safety practices is critical. Additionally, excellent leadership and communication abilities, along with the capacity to work efficiently under pressure, are required to manage teams effectively.
