This full-time role focuses on driving business growth by uncovering new construction projects, cultivating strong client and partner relationships, and increasing our market footprint across the local construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new construction contracts and project opportunities within the region.
• Build and maintain productive relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors to foster new business prospects.
• Prepare detailed project proposals, quotations, and tender documents to support bidding processes.
• Keep a keen eye on market trends and competitor activities to position the company strategically.
• Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing directly to the company’s sustained growth.

Requirements

• Proven experience in the construction sector or related contracting fields.
• Solid understanding of the Saudi Arabian construction market and its particular dynamics.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities, capable of generating leads and closing deals efficiently.
• Preferably fluent in both Arabic and English to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
